Man wanted by RCSO for theft of U.S. mail, forgery

RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man that is wanted for the theft of U.S Mail and Forgery.

According to authorities, John Carter, 25, has multiple warrants on file with the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, and Carter is also believed to be in possession of firearms and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Carter is described to be 5’10” and 160 pounds.
