AIKEN, S.C. (WJBF) – The City of Aiken, South Carolina government is addressing the rumors about the city of Aiken shutting off the water.

According to City of Aiken, South Carolina Government Facebook page, officials are simply requesting that customers use water for essential household uses such as drinking water, bathing, flushing toilets, washing dishes, etc., due to the power outages.
