Columbia Co. administration implements curfew for residents

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – Columbia County administrators state that the county is implementing a curfew for all Columbia County residents starting Sunday, September 29th at 8 PM and will last until 8 AM on Monday, September 30th.

County leaders say that during this curfew period, all residents are required to remain off the roads unless absolutely necessary, and that this temporary restriction aims to minimize risks associated with hazardous conditions and allows emergency responders to effectively manage and respond to any emergent situations.
