    Polling location at Savannah Rapids Pavilion closed for Nov. election due to Hurricane Helene damages

    COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – Some voters will have to find a new polling location to place their ballots.

    According to the Columbia County Board of Elections, the polling location at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion will not be open for voters due to the damages caused by Hurricane Helene.

    The Board of Elections state that for the November 5th General and Special Election, voters assigned to vote at Savannah Rapids Pavilion precinct will need to vote at Stevens Creek Community Church, located at 600 Stevens Creek Road, Augusta, Georgia 30907.
