Early voting begins in Georgia

GEORGIA (WJBF) – Early voting kicks off today in Georgia for the November general election.

You must be registered and have a picture ID with you to vote.

Polling locations in Augusta will be open from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Columbia County.

You can also vote early in Augusta at:

• The Municipal Building
• The Henry Brigham Center
• Diamond Lakes
• Warren Road Community Center

In Columbia County you can vote at:

• Board of Elections Office
• The Columbia County Board of Education Support Complex
• Former Euchee Creek Library

In Burke County, you can vote at the Court House from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
