    David Crockett Days returns this weekend

    JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) – Northeast Tennessee’s own, David Crockett, turns 238 this weekend, and a local state park is celebrating in style.

    David Crockett Birthplace State Park is hosting a living history to celebrate the legendary frontiersman’s birthday.

    The free event will feature live demonstrations, music and food trucks.
