    Little City Roller Derby to host new skater boot camp

    BRISTOL, Tenn. (WJHL) – Little City Roller Derby, based in Bristol, Tennessee, hopes to attract new skaters to the sport.

    The team will host its annual recruitment boot camp, teaching the basics of roller derby and kicking off the new skater training class.

    The boot camp will be held September 8 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Bristol Skateway.

    the goal is to attract skaters, referees, non-skating officials, and volunteers, with no experience is needed.

    Kristen Lyons and Summer Levi sat down with the Good Morning Tri-Cities team to preview the event.
