Big Game Preview: Union, Va facing Science Hill

Johnson City, TN — This week’s high school big game preview shines the spotlight on Union and Science Hill two teams from different states, 2 teams in different size categories, and 2 teams that come in unbeaten.

Last season the Bears stood toe-to-toe with the Hilltoppers before size and depth wore them down and the Hilltoppers pulled out a 27-6 victory. Bears who have yet to surrender a point this season will be led on offense by quarterback Kam Bostic, while the Toppers have Mr. Everything on both sides of the ball Baylor Necessary. Even though this doesn’t count in league play, both teams still excited for this special match-up.

“Their hearts smash mouth team like they’re really tough. They’re from Virginia and they like to play smash mouth football, says Famoyan.”

“Size really don’t matter, really, I think. But we definitely don’t overlook them and expect a really big game against them, according to Nelson.”

” It’s going to make us alot better, and I think it’ll be a good game, especially with them there. They’re a lot bigger school than we are says Chandler.”

“We’ve got to conserve and make sure we’re well-conditioned for this week. Make sure make sure we can last for the fourth quarter, says Bostic”
