    Kingsport man arrested after shooting in Johnson City

    JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) – The Johnson City Police Department (JCPD) arrested a man on felony charges after a shooting that occurred Thursday, according to a news release.

    JCPD reports a victim suffered a single gunshot wound to the leg on Thursday during a shooting in the 300 block of South Belmont Street.

    Raheem Marshall, 41, of Kingsport, was arrested Friday morning and charged with aggravated assault, felony possession of a firearm and felony reckless endangerment.

    Marshall was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, the release said.
