    First-ever Elizabethton High School Betsy Volleyball players honored

    ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. (WJHL) — The first ever Elizabethton High School Betsy Volleyball team was honored during a Monday game.

    Former players met and reminisced about the beginning of their friendship while being honored as the first members of Betsy Volleyball.

    Teams honored included the first team from 1974-1975 coached by Vivian Lewis, and the 1975-1976 team.

    All the former players were gifted a rose, and Coach Lewis received an orange bouquet.
