Which high school football games in the Tri-Cities have been rescheduled?

(WJHL) — Constant rains and the threat of the impacts from Hurricane Helene have led to several high schools canceling or rescheduling their Friday football games.

News Channel 11 has compiled a list of which games and festivities have been rescheduled:

• Cloudland at Hampton – Rescheduled for Saturday at 6 p.m.
• Unaka at Happy Valley – Rescheduled for Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
• Gatlinburg-Pittman at Johnson County – Saturday at 7 p.m.
• Volunteer at Greeneville – Saturday at 11 a.m. (Greeneville’s homecoming celebrations will be held at the next home game against Northview Academy.)
• Graham at Virginia High – Saturday at 1 p.m.
• Campbell County at Daniel Boone – Rescheduled for Saturday at noon.
• West Ridge at David Crockett – Rescheduled for Monday at 6 p.m.
• Twin Valley at Craig County – Rescheduled for October 7 at 7 p.m.
• Lebanon at Richlands – Rescheduled to Monday at 7 p.m.
• Northwood at Chilhowie – Rescheduled for Saturday at 6 p.m. at Emory & Henry University

Several games that had been set for Thursday night were also moved back to Friday night.

• Cocke County at Chuckey-Doak – Friday at 7 p.m.
• Ridgeview at Lee High – Friday at 7 p.m.
• George Wythe at Rural Retreat – Friday at 7 p.m.
• Patrick Henry at John Battle – Friday at 7 p.m.

Elizabethton High School also announced that its homecoming festivities, including the homecoming parade and halftime recognitions, will be postponed to the next home game against Dobyns-Bennett.
