Jonesborough lifts boil water advisory for some

JONESBOROUGH, Tenn. (WJHL) – The Town of Jonesborough said in a release that the boil water advisory for all roads off Highway 107, excluding a few homes on the end of Charlie Carson Road.

The advisory has been lifted for all homes and businesses north from the intersection of 81N and Tittle Circle to Highway 107.

The release said the boil water advisory still applies to some homes at the end of Charlie Carson Road.

There is still no water on Highway 81 south of Tittle Circle, Bumpass Cove Road and Little Germany Road due to severe infrastructure damage.
