Boone opens Dist. volleyball tournament with a win, while Science Hill captures District soccer title

(WJHL) — District 1-AAA volleyball tournament is underway and in the nightcap, the Blazers are up 2-1 against the Wolves. Blazer’s Addison Dietz with the assist to Ella Willson who delivers the kill shot Lady Blazers are up 25-24

Next serve, Wolves’ Remi Smith sets this one up for Kami Clark, the light tap over the net Wolves tie the set up 25-25. The Blazers kept coming Dietz hit and passed it to Wilson…… it bounced off the net, for the score Boone is now up 26-25.

Later Dietz with the assist to Ashlyn Seymore who’ll tap it over the Wolves’ defense giving Boone the set and the game tonight at 3 to 1
