Partly cloudy skies are forecast for Sunday night with a low of 48 degrees.

Monday will give way to a mix of sun and clouds with a 20% chance of a few showers.  The high will be 62 degrees.

Fair skies are forecast for Monday night with patchy frost possible.  The low will be 38 degrees.

Tuesday will be partly cloudy and chilly with a high of 56 degrees.

Fair skies are forecast for Tuesday night with patchy frost possible.  The low will be 34 degrees.

Wednesday will be partly cloudy and cool with a high of 57 degrees.

We could see a few rain showers late Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday night and Thursday with a slight chance for a wintry mix in the North Carolina mountains if low pressure develops across the southeast.  This system may or may not develop, so our forecast for Wednesday and Thursday is subject to change.  The low next Wednesday night will be 40 degrees with a high on Thursday near 57 degrees.   The chance of precipitation right now for Wednesday and Thursday of next week is 30%.  Stay tuned.
