    Appalachia Strong Bluegrass Fest to benefit Hurricane Helene victims

    JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — A bluegrass festival coming to Johnson City on Nov. 9 will benefit Hurricane Helene victims.

    The Appalachia Strong Bluegrass Fest aims to provide financial aid and moral support to those impacted by Hurricane Helene.

    Blue Highway, Ryder Casey Band, Tennessee Backroads and 700 South are set to perform at the event.

    The festival will take place from 5 – 9 p.m. at the Science Hill Theatre (1509 John Exum Parkway, Johnson City).

    Tickets start at $40 and additional donations will be accepted.
