    Two critically injured in Hattiesburg shooting

    HATTIESBURG, Miss. ( WHLT ) – Hattiesburg police said two men were critically injured during a shooting Friday night.

    Police responded to the 3100 block of Hardy Street around 11:00 p.m. on August 23.

    When officers arrived at the location, they discovered a wrecked passenger vehicle with two men inside. They were both being treated by paramedics.

    The victims, who have not been identified, were both transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

    Police said they have identified persons of interest in the case. They said the shooting was an isolated incident, and there is no immediate threat to the public.

    I hope that the judge set an example with these kids when they catch them because this makes no sense these kids doesn’t care about life and putting other peoples life in danger they could have shot intersent people it needs to stop throw they’re asses away because I’m tired of it you can’t go anywhere for them shooting catch them and keep them locked up it’s really scary lord bless you all
