Hattiesburg man charged in two separate shootings

HATTIESBURG, Miss. ( WHLT ) – Hattiesburg police arrested a man in connection to two separate shooting incidents.

Police said Donald Robinson, 25, of Hattiesburg, was charged with one count of aggravated assault: use of a deadly weapon and one count of drive-by shooting in connection to a shooting that occurred on August 10 in the 2500 block of West 7th Street.

Robison was also charged with one count of tampering with physical evidence in connection to the fatal shooting that occurred on August 23 in the 3100 block of Hardy Street.

Robinson was booked into the Forrest County Jail. His bond was set at $25,000.
