Silver Alert issued for 76-year-old Jackson man

JACKSON, Miss. ( WJTV ) – A Silver Alert was issued for a 76-year-old Jackson man.

Agents with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) said Arthur Ray Mikell was last seen on Monday, September 16 around 12:00 p.m. in the 2900 block of Barwood Drive, driving south.

Mikell was last seen wearing a black and pink shirt with gray pants. He is believed to be in a 2012 White Dodge Ram 1500 bearing a Mississippi tag.

Family members said Mikell suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
