    Edwards water main break leads to boil water alert

    EDWARDS, Miss. ( WJTV ) – A boil water notice has been issued for the Town of Edwards.

    According to the Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH), the notice affects all customers and was issued due to a water main break.

    Pike County bridge to close for nearly two months

    Health officials strongly recommend that all water be boiled vigorously for one minute before it is consumed.

    Residents will be notified when the advisory has been lifted. For more information, customers may contact 601-852-5461.
