JACKSON, Miss. ( WJTV ) – The 18th annual Bright Lights neighborhood festival will take place on Sunday, September 22.

This day-long, free event will celebrate the vibrant culture of the Belhaven community, featuring live music, local art, delicious food, and beloved neighborhood businesses.

The festival kicks off at 10:00 a.m. with live music at Urban Foxes, followed by performances at Sunflower Oven at noon and continuing at Belhaven Town Center at 2:00 p.m.

“Bright Lights is carefully designed by our dedicated volunteers to provide attendees the opportunity to enjoy the neighborhood and festival events at their own pace. We love that this event provides neighbors and visitors with the chance to fully experience our vibrant, creative, and historic neighborhood,” said Mary Alex Thigpen, Director of the Greater Belhaven Foundation.
