    Granddaughter accused of killing Natchez man

    NATCHEZ, Miss. ( WJTV ) – A Natchez man was found deceased inside a home, and his granddaughter has been arrested in connection to the case.

    The Natchez Democrat reported Pete Taylor, 77, died from blunt force trauma to the head. Taylor was discovered deceased inside the home by his grandson in the 400 block of Watts Street on Thursday, September 19.

    Vicksburg man arrested in ‘potential murder-for-hire’ plot

    Taylor’s body was taken to the Mississippi State Crime Lab for an autopsy.

    Natchez police said Taylor’s granddaughter, 31-year-old Annitta Taylor, has been charged with his murder. They said she was a caregiver to her grandfather.
