The African American woman is 5 feet tall, weighs 130 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes, according to MBI. Keyshawnna and Samad have black hair, brown eyes and weigh 45 and 20 pounds, respectively. The non-custodial parent and the missing children are also in the FBI’s National Crime Information Center (NCIC).

I believe the family would like to know why the NON-CUSTODIAL mother felt the need to kidnap her children from the custodial guardian(s) EX: was it out of spite or was it a detrimental situation involving the children?! And yet she will FAFO if she makes the mistake of crossing the state line! MBI & FBI does NOT take too lightly of this!!! I can’t speak for everyone but I hope and pray that Ciara Jackson does the right thing and take Kim Hall’s advice seriously.
