    Woman accused of shooting man during fight in Jackson

    JACKSON, Miss. ( WJTV ) – A woman was arrested after she allegedly shot a man in Jackson.

    Detective Tommie Brown said the shooting happened in the 2500 block of Williamson Avenue on Tuesday, October 15.

    Mississippi brother, sister accused of receiving fraudulent unemployment benefits

    Brown said a fight between the man and the woman led to the shooting. The victim was taken to a local hospital, but there’s no word on his condition.

    The unidentified woman has been arrested.
