    Toddler shot in downtown Cleveland: EMS

    CLEVELAND , Ohio (WJW) – A 3-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after being shot in downtown Cleveland, according to first responders.

    The incident took place just after 2 a.m. on Thursday inside an apartment building near E. 13th Street and Chester Avenue.

    Suspected murder-suicide outside local Taco Bell

    According to police, the child was able to access an unsecured firearm and shot himself in the hand.

    EMS told FOX 8 that the child suffered minor injuries.
