Friday Night Touchdown continues for Week 4

CLEVELAND (WJW) – Get ready — it’s time for Week 4 of Friday Night Touchdown! FOX 8 crews will be out across Northeast Ohio to bring you the best matchups in high school football.

The fourth FOX 8 Game of the Week of the season is Villa Angela-St. Joseph (3-0) at Kenston (2-1).

The Vikings and Bombers faced off twice in 2023, including a second round matchup in the OHSAA Division III Playoffs back in November.

Tonight, they meet for the third time in 12 months with big playoff points on the line.

VASJ running back Lamar ‘Bo’ Jackson is committed to playing college football at Ohio State. This season, he has already run for more than 500 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Kenston senior quarterback Lucas Kaltenbach leads the Bombers with five touchdown passes.

The Vikings and Bombers are facing off at Kenston Bomber Stadium in Geauga County.

This week’s Chick-Fil-A rivalry game is the “golden shoe” game. It’s the annual border battle between longtime rivals Brecksville and North Royalton.
