Scores: Friday Night Touchdown continues for Week 4

CLEVELAND (WJW) – It’s time for Week 4 of Friday Night Touchdown! FOX 8 crews were out across Northeast Ohio to bring you the best matchups in high school football.

The fourth FOX 8 Game of the Week of the season was Villa Angela-St. Joseph (3-0) at Kenston (2-1).

The Vikings and Bombers faced off twice in 2023, including a second round matchup in the OHSAA Division III Playoffs back in November.

Friday night, they met for the third time in 12 months with big playoff points on the line. They faced off at Kenston Bomber Stadium in Geauga County.

VASJ defeated Kenston 53-35.

This week’s Chick-Fil-A rivalry game was the “golden shoe” game. It was the annual border battle between longtime rivals Brecksville and North Royalton.

In the end, North Royalton came out on top with a 55-21 victory.
