I-90 reopen at Dead Man’s Curve due to overturned semi

CLEVELAND (WJW) — All lanes of I-90 have reopened after a semi-truck crash caused the interstate to shut down for hours on Sunday evening.

As of 11 p.m. on Sunday, all lanes were still blocked in one direction of Dead Man’s Curve in Cleveland due to an earlier crash that took place around 5:30 p.m., the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported.

A semi-truck was overturned in the vicinity, as seen on the OHGO video at the top of the story, with first responders on the scene. Cleveland EMS confirmed to FOX 8 that a man was taken to University Hospitals with serious injuries following the crash.

It is not clear what led to the crash, but drivers were asked to avoid the area.
