    Ohio man celebrating birthday wins $500,000 on scratch-off

    FINDLAY, Ohio (WJW) – What a way to celebrate another year.

    A man in Ohio welcomed his 40 th birthday with a major lottery win.

    The Findlay resident bought a $10 Mega Multiplier scratch-off for his birthday and won the top prize of $500,000.

    There is now just one top prize remaining in the game, according to the Ohio Lottery .

    The man bought the ticket at a Speedway gas station on Tiffin Ave. in Findlay.

    New beverage illegal in Indiana, selling in NE Ohio

    After taxes, the man will take home $360,000.

    The winner told the Ohio Lottery he plans to use the money to invest and go on a trip.
