Alleged human trafficking ringleader wanted in CLE

(WJW) — State authorities are searching for a man alleged to have operated a human trafficking ring, and who is known to frequent Cleveland and other major cities.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s office is asking the public to be on the lookout for Harry D. Randolph, 49, of Toledo , who goes by the street names “Damon,” “Chip” and “Twin,” according to a Thursday news release.

The Northeast Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force learned that Randolph may have been operating a human trafficking ring, according to the release.

Randolph is known to frequent Cleveland, Toledo, Detroit, New York City and Atlanta, according to the release.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the task force at 216-443-6085 or send tips to Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County at crimestoppers@cuyahogacounty.us .

Randolph is facing 17 felony counts in Cuyahoga County, including six counts related to human trafficking and seven counts related to drug trafficking.

He was indicted on Wednesday on the human trafficking charges, which involve an alleged offense in November 2022, court records show.

Court records show Randolph was arrested in May on a separate case, in which he was indicted the following June on weapons and stolen property charges.
