    Videos: Funnel cloud spotted in Huron County

    NEW LONDON, Ohio (WJW) – An ominous funnel cloud was spotted over Huron County as storms swept through northern Ohio Tuesday evening.

    The video, shared by FOX 8 viewer Christene Durfey, was taken not long after 7 p.m. in New London.

    Fox 8 viewer Kaylee Caskey captured the video below in the Fitchville and Olena areas near New London at around the same time.

    A tornado warning was issued for Huron, Cuyahoga, Lorain and Erie counties, as well as some severe thunderstorm warnings across the area.
