    Black bear sighted in Austintown: Police

    AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Austintown Police have confirmed that a black bear was sighted Friday morning.

    Police said they received a call that a black bear was spotted in the area of Lancaster Drive shortly before 8 a.m.

    Police advise that people should leave the bear alone, watch their children and not leave food outside.
