HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — An Altoona woman was killed Wednesday in a crash on US 22 in Huntingdon County.

Pennsylvania State Police were called to William Penn Highway at the intersection with Main Street on Aug. 14 just before 3 p.m. in Porter Township. According to a report, the accident was between a 2004 Ford F250 and a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu.

The Ford was traveling east and being driven by an Alexandria man. The Chevrolet was traveling west and was driven by Rikki Potts, 33, of Altoona. Police reported that the Ford made a left-hand turn onto Main Street and stuck the left front side of the other car.

The impact caused Potts to travel off the road and her car came to a final rest on the shoulder of the westbound lane. Potts was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

    The other driver was unharmed.
