Final person pleads guilty to lesser charge after Boardman band concert fight

BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) — The last of three people involved in a fight at a Boardman band concert in May has pleaded guilty to lesser charges.

Jordan Smith pleaded guilty in court on Thursday to a minor misdemeanor of disorderly conduct after facing a level 4 misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine in addition to court fees.

Tracie Calvin and Kevin Selley both took similar pleas earlier in the summer.

Police reports state the trio was charged after taking part in a fight at a May 5th and 6th grade band concert.
