Local pool temporarily closed due to cracked pipes

LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) – A pipe problem threatens to drain the summer fun in Lisbon forcing the village to temporarily close the pool while they scramble for repairs.

The village made the announcement on Facebook that the pool might have to close early for the season because of cracked pipes leading to the pool’s main pump system.

Village officials say they’re working on getting some emergency repairs made. The pool was only scheduled to be open for a couple more weeks.

They’re expected to provide an update on whether the repairs were successful.
