    Man facing rape charges in Warren

    WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Warren man accused of sexually assaulting a young child is being held in the Trumbull County Jail without bond.

    Ducati Buell was arraigned in Warren Municipal Court on felony charges of rape and pandering obscenity involving a minor.

    Investigators say the charges stem from an investigation that led to the execution of a search warrant at Buell’s home on Oak Street SW Monday.

    According to a complaint, the alleged offenses happened in July. The listed victim is nine years old.

    The investigation is a joint effort by Warren Police, The Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force and BCI.

    Buell is due back in court Aug. 27 for a preliminary hearing and bond hearing in the case.
