BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – A man accused of habitually shoplifting from Walmart in Boardman was sentenced Tuesday in Mahoning County Court in Boardman.

Russell Gipson was found guilty of three theft charges. He was sentenced to six months of probation and ordered not to return to Walmart.

Gipson originally faced 13 counts of theft, but 10 of those counts were dismissed, according to court records.

Police reports said that Gipson stole from Walmart several times between January 14 and March 3.
