Body of missing person in Columbiana County found: Report

HIGHLANDTOWN, Ohio (WKBN)- The body of a missing person in Columbiana County has been found.

According to our print partners at the Morning Journal, the body was found Tuesday night on state game land near Highlandtown Lake. A cadaver dog was used to assist in the search.

According to the Calcutta Volunteer Fire Department, the person’s car was found after possibly sitting for about eight days.

Neither the identity of the body nor the cause of death have been released yet.
