Boardman rallies late for victory over Kenston

BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – Despite trailing 18-6 in the second half, the Boardman Spartans outscored the Kenston Bombers 13-0 to close out the game to pull off a 19-18 victory to open the season Friday night.

Vince Butto scored the go-ahead touchdown for the Spartans in the fourth quarter.

Boardman (1-0) will visit Lake in week two.
