Multiple crews respond to Liberty garage fire

LIBERTY Ohio (WKBN) — Multiple crews responded to the scene of a garage fire around 7:30 p.m. Sunday on Santa Monica Circle in Liberty.

According to Captain Bill Opsitnik, two cars were burnt in a garage fire that melted the side of the connected house and a neighbor’s house. Liberty, Girard, Vienna Airbase and Hubbard crews all responded.

No one was injured.

The fire marshal is investigating but said it’s not suspicious.
