Ohio Turnpike suspending late fees, collections

(WKBN) – The Ohio Turnpike has suspended late fees and collections due to increased calls.

The Turnpike’s Customer Service Center is experiencing increased call volume after the delivery of unpaid toll invoices. As such, the Ohio Turnpike decided to suspend all late fees, collections and Ohio BMV registration holds during this period of increased calls, according to a notice sent to customers.

Those who want to discuss an invoice with a customer service representative are asked to go to ezpassoh.com , click “Contact Us,” and submit the online form. A customer service representative will respond by email or phone as soon as possible, according to the Ohio Turnpike.
