    Demolition underway at old Warren apartment complex

    WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – Demolition work is happening at the Riverview Apartments in Warren.

    Cranes are in place, and one side of the building is exposed.

    Everyone moved out more than six weeks ago.

    The building had 152 units that were managed by the Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority (TMHA).

    It was built in the 1960s and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved a request to tear it down almost two years ago.
