YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Youngstown City School District and QUICKmed have ended their partnership.

QUICKmed announced Friday that it “reached a mutual agreement” to end its partnership and gradually reduce services.

QUICKmed was providing health care services on-site in the district. It still provides on-site clinics in five Ohio districts, according to a spokesperson for the facility.

QUICKmed came under scrutiny when its Liberty location and others were searched in January. Owner Lena Esmail’s home was also searched. Agents did not say what they were looking for.

At the same time, the FBI set up a tip line to get more information about “any individuals, vendors or contractors” who might have gotten payments from Youngstown City Schools.
