YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — The third suspect in the shooting death of an East Side man has had his case bound over from Mahoning County Juvenile Court to Common Pleas Court.

Helms was found shot to death at a Liberty Road cemetery. His body was found a couple of days after he disappeared from an East Side apartment complex.

Jamiyah Brooks received a sentence of 17-and-a-half to 22 years in prison on charges of voluntary manslaughter and tampering with evidence.
