HOWLAND, Ohio (WKBN) – Howland and Austintown Fitch battled to a 1-1 draw in boys soccer on Tuesday night.

It stayed 0-0 through the 1st half and into the 2nd, until Howland junior Keaton Perry scored with a little more than 34 minutes left in the game to take a 1-0 lead.

But it was the Falcons and Nolan Mickey striking late to equalize and end the All-American Conference showdown in a 1-1 draw.

Fitch moves to 2-1-4 on the season and will next travel to Massillon Perry on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 1:00 pm.

With the result, Howland now sits at 4-0-2 and will take on Canfield on the road in two days on Thursday.
