White House Fruit Farm opens new Express Donut Sales Area

CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) — The start of fall is right around the corner, and White House Fruit Farm has opened its new Express Donut Sales Area for Fall Harvest Weekends.

White House remodeled its Old Cold Storage building, which was built in the 1940s. It was the first building on the farm where fruits and vegetables could be stored.

Now, it’s a retail store with express pickup for donuts, pints of cider and cider slushies.

“Right now it is our Express Donuts on weekends. So, you can come from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. or until we sell out on Saturday, and 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. or until we sell out on Sunday, through the end of October,” said Kim Sisco with White House Fruit Farms. “So, if you’re here and you want to grab quick donuts, cider, cider slushie, you’re going to want to go to this building.”

The market is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
