SUV hauling trailer flips over after crash on busy Boardman road

BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) — An SUV flipped over after a crash along a busy Boardman road.

The crash happened in front of Perkins on U.S. 224 around noon on Monday.

The SUV, which was hauling a trailer with a washer on the back, was involved in a crash with another vehicle. It flipped over onto its side, and the other vehicle’s front-end was damaged.

Traffic was down to one lane in the area while crews cleaned up the scene.

The Boardman police and fire departments, along with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, responded to the crash.

An ambulance was also at the scene, but it’s unknown whether anyone was injured.

Investigators at the scene provided no further information on Monday afternoon.
