Mosquito Lake campground in full Halloween spirit

BAZETTA TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKBN) – Mosquito Lake State Park Campground is getting into the spooky spirit.

Campers are going all out for the campground’s campsite decorating contest this weekend.
Some participants plan their displays for months, spending hours or days getting them all set up.

Other campers judge the decorations.

Those who take part in the competition say it not only brings families together but is also entertaining.

“It’s amazing to have everybody come by and see the reactions of the kids and the different parents. It’s a lot of fun,” said Paul Capito.

The campsite decorating contest is a part of the state park’s annual Halloween Bash.
