Medical company assumes operations of 2 Trumbull County hospitals set to close

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – Insight Health Solutions has been named the designated operator of two Trumbull County hospitals.

According to court documents, Insight is the designated operator for Trumbull Regional Medical Center and Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital.

This comes after Insight was named as the hospital’s interim operator while Steward Health and Medical Properties Trust finalized ownership .

Insight took over after the hospitals were set to close last month.

The deadline to file an objection is Wednesday.
