    Coleman runs Harding past Boardman

    BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – Two 4-2 teams collided in Spartan Stadium Friday night with Warren Harding visiting Boardman.

    Chaz Coleman played the hero for the Raiders scoring two touchdowns, including the go-ahead score with just over a minute remaining in the game in a 19-14 victory over the Spartans.

    Late in the first quarter, Keith Smith Jr. gave the Spartans an early 7-0 on a short touchdown run.

    That score was quickly matched by Coleman’s short touchdown run of his own to tie the game at 7-7 early in the second.

    Boardman took a 14-7 lead into halftime after Smith Jr.’s second touchdown.

    Airiz Coleman Bey ‘s long touchdown run pulled the Raiders to within a point, but the extra point conversion failed.

    Harding’s first lead of the game came with 1:13 remaining after Coleman’s second touchdown run of the night.

    Warren Harding (5-2) will host Cardinal Mooney in Week 8. Boardman (4-3) will visit Howland .
