    Crestview posts 6th straight win; defense forces 4 turnovers

    NEWTON FALLS, Ohio (WKBN) – Crestview led after the first 12 minutes, 24-0, and didn’t look back as the Rebels earned a 60-0 victory over Newton Falls.

    Crestview has won six games in a row since dropping its opener to Western Reserve.

    Max Hawkins ran for 154 yards, scoring three times. Wyatt Hart also rushed for 88 yards on 10 attempts.

    Crestview, as a team, gained 364 yards on the ground to close out the contest with 409 total yards of offense.

    The Rebels’ defense forced four turnovers.

    Crestview (6-1) will once again play away from home as they’ll visit Champion.

    Newton Falls drops to 0-7 as the Tigers will travel to Garfield next Friday.
